Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Red Hat Experten (m/w) am Standort München.• Very strong skills of Consulting and Administration Mandatory, Configuration and Support Experience on RedHat 5.x/6.x and SUSE 10.x/11.x in an advanced Data Center Landscape.
• Strong of Consulting and Administration Mandatory, Configuration and Support Experience on Veritas Cluster and Veritas Volumemanager 5.x/6.x.
• Experience in Trouble Ticket System (HP Service Manager 7) , Knowledge of service management processes based on ITIL, Experience with SLA-oriented way of working, handling ticket system
• Development of technical concepts, strategy paper and quality assurances.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independent and in a project team.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Able to consult on technical designs and new features.
• Intercultural experience and work in a cross-cultural team
