JOB DESCRIPTION –
Experience: 10+ years
Skillset:
• Strong knowledge in 3GPP Release-15+ RAN specifications, service requirements and architecture of 5G-NR network SA and NSA modes.
• Strong knowledge in ORAN/VRAN architecture split options.
• Good understanding of the O-RAN Architecture, including the nRT-RIC-CU-DU interfaces.
• Excellent understanding of LTE MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, S1AP, X2AP, SON.
• Strong Knowledge of LTE/LTE-A, Virtual RAN Feature, performance, stability, KPI and Mobility.
• Hands-on experience on Cloud infrastructure and RAN deployment in virtualized environment.
• Experience in developing LAB environment for RAN integration and testing
• Expertise in new LAB Build infrastructure, design and planning.
• Experience in lab and field-testing, provide test data analysis and generate the reports.
• Experience in RAN test planning and procedure documents.
• Able to perform field site build verifications and acceptance process.
• Strong Experience with testing tools such as X-CAL, X-CAP, Spirent, QXDM, Wireshark and iPerf.
• Experience in handling test equipment’s: Spectrum Analyzer, Automation systems, Simulators, etc.,
• Hands on experience in e2e test execution, log collection and issue reporting.
• Familiarity with GIS tools Such as MapInfo and Google Earth.
• Basic knowledge of cloud native technologies - Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Understanding of networking concepts DNS, DHCP, IP connectivity, VLAN, subnetting and IPsec will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for architecture of end to end deployable 4G/5G O-RAN solutions.
• Helps in identifying testing strategies and test plan development.
• Review detailed design and validation plan.
• Ensure customer facing product documentation content and quality meeting the delivery requirements. Attend face to face meetings with customer
