Protocol Stack Engineer (North Germany), Start Up

REQUIREMENTS:
Tasks to which the candidate could contribute are:
Analysis of specifications and providing a network interpretation to the handset protocol stack design team
Architecture, design and implementation of necessary framework in order to run third party test cases (eg TTCN conformance tests)
Architecture, design and implementation of interfaces and tools to aid configuration of the simulator.
Design of protocol stack modules that simulate bespoke network behavior such as resource management
Troubleshooting test and integration issues and advising other team members Innovating and driving new ways to accelerate network/handset interoperability
Qualifications
Good degree (2.1) from a good university or equivalent, in Communications Engineering, Computer Science or related subjects.
Essential Work Experience
The candidate will have at least 5 years experience (or equivalent) working in a similar role
Experience of design, implementation and test of RRC/NAS functionality in a Network Simulator
Experience of handset interoperability
