Aufgabe:• The duration of this position is foreseen to last until CWS-boco Germany (CbG) is live and stable in the hygiene divisions, according to the current project plan mid to end of 2019.
• The international project office is situated in Hamburg, the headquarter of CbG is Dreieich (near Frankfurt/Main). The onboarding time will be more in Hamburg, the daily business will take place in Dreieich. Beside that travelling will be part of this job.
• Project language is English; implementation area is Germany – so skills in both languages are a must
• The staffing will consist of an external project lead (full time) and an internal co-project lead (20 hours week
Anforderung:
o For this challenging task and key position the Project Lead should have extensive experiences in successfully managing large-scale and complex ERP projects (preferably MS Dynamics 365 Operations or former versions hereof) end-to-end.
o The person should have a personality with a problem-solving and hands-on mentality as well as an open-minded and team-oriented attitude. Additional Know-How in Change Management would be appreciated.
o Ability to analyze the current situation to identify areas of improvement, suggests pro-actively appropriate actions and upon agreement, implements those actions accordingly
o As CbG is a company that is centrally as well as locally organized company with a complex business model
(rental of products) strong communication and motivation skills are as well as Project Management and Microsoft
