Main tasks:
- Preparation of tender documents for subcontractors/construction companies etc.
- Planning execution with regard to the construction measures and the associated EPCM
- Selecting suppliers and defining requirements for them
- Representation of the client's interests/measures to subcontractors but also to the end customer (public customer)
- Monitoring & coordination of the EHS activities (local EHS of a subcontractor) as well as the construction companies (approx. 1-2 with 50-80 people per company)
- Represents the link between the customer and the end customer as well as the executing subcontractors
- Construction companies deliver all concrete work up to painting
- Customization, tracking and execution of the project plan in MS Project (or Primavera)
- Document management and tracking via a project management system (Think Project)
- Preparation of reports and reporting to the end customer
- Coordination of the construction site camp in Lithuania
Main qualifications
- Relevant project management experience in the energy industry, ideally power plant construction, or comparable industries
- CAPEX project experience required
- EPCM experience is mandatory
- English fluency is a must
