Required Technical Skills

Must Have Skills
- Siemens Opcenter/Camstar expertise: Strong techno-functional knowledge with hands-on implementation experience.
- MES Solution Architecture: Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end MES solutions for large-scale global programs using COTS platforms like Opcenter/Camstar.
- Camstar Designer & Management Studio: Practical experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Camstar Interoperability (CIO)/MOM: Skilled in equipment and ERP integration, including inbound and outbound messaging workflows.
- Good understanding of Medical Device/Pharma manufacturing processes
- Medical Device/Pharma manufacturing: Solid understanding of industry-specific manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
- ISA-95 & MESA standards: Strong knowledge of global standards for manufacturing operations and enterprise integration.
- Requirements & OT configurations: Experience in requirement gathering, design, specifications, and OT configurations for global programs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Skilled at working with functional teams and system administrators to ensure service availability and resolve issues.
- Feasibility analysis: Expertise in validating solutions against business requirements through structured feasibility studies.
- Solution standardization: Ability to design standardized solutions that enhance reusability and long-term supportability.
- Cross-cultural teamwork: Proven effectiveness in collaborating with diverse, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities to drive collaboration and results.
Good to Have Skills:
- PLC & SCADA Systems: Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, and OPC connectivity for industrial automation.
- Hardware & Networking: Solid understanding of hardware infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and operating systems.
- Power BI & SQL Reporting: Experience in building dashboards and generating reports using Power BI and SQL.

Roles and Responsibilities
- MES/MOM Architecture Leadership: Lead teams in designing and implementing MES/MOM solutions for manufacturing environments.
- Opcenter/Camstar Ownership: Drive the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Opcenter/Camstar MES applications.
- Requirements & Process Implementation: Translate business requirements into effective MES processes and workflows.
- Feasibility Analysis: Validate solution recommendations against business needs through structured feasibility studies.
- Camstar Interoperability Management: Oversee ERP and equipment integration via Camstar CIO/MIO modules.
- System Integration: Support seamless integration between MES, PLC/SCADA, and L1/L2/L3 systems, including inbound/outbound messaging.
- User Support & Process Improvement: Collaborate with end users to resolve issues and optimize business processes.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Maintain clear, results-driven communication with stakeholders.
- DevOps Management: Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance through effective DevOps practices.
- Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members for professional growth.
