Project Planner/Project Coordinator - Fluent German/English essential
Prestigious London based client requires an accomplished Project Planner/Coordinator to be responsible for maintaining overall project planning, scheduling controls and coordination for a large Germany based, Network remediation project.
- Develop and maintain all necessary schedules to ensure the effective replacement of network services at several locations in Germany.
- Coordinate and develop appropriate internal and external benchmarks and tracking reports;
- Work extensively with selected scheduling and tracking tools for project;
- Track and monitor remediation of sites that require re-work/troubleshooting; interface with site owners and station representatives. Support the Project Manager for the Network remediation.
- Analyse and monitor progress against milestones and associated deliverables;
- Develop, maintain and periodically issue associated progress curves, completing estimates, earned value;
- Effectively communicate to the Field Engineers the plans for the month/week/day, impacts of schedule misses and changes to schedule as required. This role will require regular travel to Germany sites/England sites.
