Responsibility of / Expectations
1. Ensure smooth operation and support of the SAP SD module in the existing SAP ERP ECC 6.0 system.
2. Analyze, process, resolve, and document support requests and incidents.
3. Gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into suitable SAP SD solutions.
4. Perform SAP SD Customizing adjustments and support implementation of functional enhancements.
5. Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting of IDocs and interfaces and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Desired Competencies
SAP SD and ECC 6.0; SAP SD Customizing; Business Process Analysis and Mapping; IDoc and Interface Monitoring; Requirements Gathering and Support Management
Good-to-Have
Basic ABAP and ABAP debugging; Cross-module integration knowledge; Incident and Change Management; SAP system architecture; Technical documentation
