Job Description:
Summary:
Technical Service Managers (TSM) play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape. Your will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners. This includes analyzing customers' business requirements and problems and working across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services to our customers, resolve technical complexities, and accompany them throughout their entire cloud transformation journey.

The Role:
  1. Primary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues
  2. Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services
  3. Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer
  4. Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
  5. Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load balancer, virtual machine)
  6. Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades
  7. Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc. (good to have)
  8. Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  1. SAP Technical Administration with SAP Basis skills and should have knowledge & experience in the administration and operations of SAP solutions.
  2. Strong background in SAP solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology
  3. Good knowledge of S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA-related migration paths and tools
  4. Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA.
  5. Experience in Technical Architecture/Implementation/Change Management
  6. Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, and configuration
  7. Expert across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
  8. Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS or hyperscale experience would be an advantage.
