Position / Role: Site Hyper care
Required Technical Skill Set: MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – Apriso and an ERP (financial system) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Must speak German (for Stade).
Onsite Location (CITY/TOWN, COUNTRY): Stade, Germany
Onsite Availability (100% Onsite/100% Remote/Hybrid): 100 % Onsite
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – Apriso
Must speak German
ERP (financial system) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Experience as a member of an application support team resolving issues for users of software systems.
The role will be supporting both an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – Apriso and an ERP (financial system) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Experience with one or the other is preferred though we will provide training for both at Hexcel and the interfaces between them
Must speak German
Must have effective communications skills with users on the factory floor as well as office workers
Will be asked to discuss issues with users and then translate them including documenting the issues for the central Development team and support team to resolve
Will be expected to track issues for the Site both in the helpdesk issue system and the software development environment to ensure follow-up and closure
Will be a member of the D365 / Apriso Deployment team working as hypercare support to assist Site staff as a single point of contact. Will work with the IT Solution Support team and the IT Development teams to drive problem resolution.
This is an on-Site role at the Stade Factory.
