Objective of the position:
Project management in a large IT transformation project. Interface between product management, technology, SI and program management. The focus is particularly on the communication with the customers via different communication channels, creation of templates therefore as well as the definition of customer journey processes and triggers for customer communication.
Main tasks/areas of responsibility:
• Definition of the template creation process to serve customer communication on different trigger points in the customer life-time journey
• Interface between technology, outsourcing provider, product management and the project organization
• Coordination of all interfaces involved, including legal, marketing, product management, technology and creation of artefacts to provide to technology for design, development and deployment as well as supervising UAT activities and sign-off of requirements and final delivery
• Recognizing further needs or requirements for the process and their implementation

1. Required Education:
• Degree in economics/business informatics/marketing or comparable
2. Required professional experience:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry

• Structured, Independent, success-oriented and proactive way of working
• Experience in creating artefacts for design and development (epics, features, user stories)
• Strong analytical skills & ability to manage interfaces
• Independent preparation of presentations
• Assertiveness & ability to deal with conflict and lead teams to solutions
• Proven skills with Jira, Confluence, Adobe
• Communication skills: Fluent German (preferably native) and English, spoken and written
advantageous:
• ideally, knowledge and experience in implementing SFI (vlocity)
• Understanding of telecommunication industry topics in the B2B sector
