Project Manager Production Line Extension (M/W/D)Tasks:
Initialization and definition of a new project for production line extension
Scoping and planning with regards to time schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk management, issue management
Cooperation with portfolio managers and steering
Leading the teams (various roles)
Communicating of information to local stakeholders, gather expectations, desires and requirements and consider those for plan revisions
Alignment with local stakeholders and gather expectations, desires and requirements, communicate those and revise project plan to a commonly accepted version
Maintenance of data on MS Project WebApp & MS Project Professional 365
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent
Several years of experience in leading projects, preferably within the medical technology environment at a large to medium multinational organization
Expert project management expertise with certification in project manclauagement on IPMA Level C or equivalent certification
Experience in LEAN methodology preferable
Proven intercultural and contextual awareness working in blended matrix organizations
Ability to lead and work in collaborative teams
Organizational and administrative skills
Highly motivated with a high level of personal initiative in building effective teams
C2 proficiency in English and German
