Location: bundesweit
Languages: German & English
Responsibilities:
• Agreeing project goals, objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project from definition to acceptance, in accordance with company defined deployment processes and procedures.
• Perform project planning, tracking, and reporting. Maintain project metrics, communicating project status, issues, and requirements both verbally and in writing.
• Identify and coordinate resources required in order to meet commitments, project goals and objectives.
• Management of project resources including subcontractors.
• Coordinate project scheduling activities including identifying project task dependencies and resource requirements, and assessing project risks/mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate all field activities on client sites and updates coordinated schedule for resources in the field.
• Work with customer and internal technical resources to complete deployment of projects.
• Serve as key escalation point for all technical and logistical issues during active projects.
Qualifications and Experience
• Demonstrable experience building and managing a high-performance field teams of 7 or more staff
• Project Management experience in the following: Project Planning, Schedule Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Escalation Management, Document Management, Change Management and Communication Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and project metric tracking.
• Experience in project accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other supporting tools such as JIRA.
• Technical understanding of integrated project delivery for equipment deployment into technical sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Great communicator and customer facing relationship skills.
• PMP or Prince 2 Certification preferred.
• Languages: English (B1), German
