Project Manager (m/f) with experience in IT carve-out activities related to mergers and aquisitionsWith a workforce of currently around 800 employees and 400 consultants on a freelance basis, we support well-known companies during the successful realization of their IT-projects.
For a project at one of our customers in Hessen, we are looking for a "Project Manager (m/f) with experience in IT carve-out activities related to mergers and aquisitions" on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Task Description:
- Lead the IT carve-out activities at the Darmstadt site
- Work with various Application Owners and business stakeholders
- Applications affected include ERP (mainly SAP), Financial systems, QA systems (Aris Global, Sparta), desktop and collaboration infrastructure
- The project will include determination of approach on a system by system basis and include design and management of transition processes and services
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of IT project and program management (ideally certified – e.g. PMI)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Know how concerning Data Migration Tools, e.g. ETL, SAP LT
- Previous experience of complex IT carve-outs and integrations and strong knowledge of best practice and procedures
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture (ERP to QA, Finance systems) as well as a background in business analysis, business process modelling and sound interpersonal skills
Project start: as soon as possible (April 2016)
Project duration: approximately 9 months, until December 2016
