We need very urgent for a client project an experienced Project Manager Workstream with the following skills:Support creation of Work Stream deliverables
Supporting other Work Streams in creating processes
Discussing technical details for virtual client environment
Creating documents
Communication and coordination with other Work Streams, Program Management and PMO
Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint,…)
Knowledge about Product Management and documentation
Knowledge with Product Service Definitions and documentation
Knowledge about ITIL Processes and documentation
Knowledge in Support Processes
Knowledge about service structures
Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
