Beschreibung
Attached to the PI Project Manager of Wealth Management Project , the PMO will support him/her in the following domains :- Global coordination
- Support in preparation of governance committees and project committees or workshops
- Efforts & budget monitoring to ensure delivery of the project within high level of quality
standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of the PI internal WM steering com (involving different
departments: IT development, IT Data Center, Legal, Controlling,..)
- Support in meetings organisation within PI & with WM : agenda definition, preparation of
documents with contributors, meeting minutes
- Build and maintain a global schedule of the project, in link with the different stakeholders in
PI & WM
- Monitor the advancement of the different workgroups and ensure global schedule is respected
within the define scope
- Consolidate resources allocation forecasts, ensure they are booked for the project and identify
constraints and possible solutions
- Ensure regular reporting of necessary data to corporate controlling for the invoicing process to
WMIS (efforts, external expenses,….)
- Provides the necessary alerts
