Beschreibung
Main tasks• Manage development projects (JEE) and / or Integration solutions (EDM, Editique, BPM, etc.) in their different phases (specifications, choice of solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance) in compliance with budget targets, planning and quality;
• Assist the business in the formalization of functional requirements and specification of solutions (processes, business rules, use cases);
• Formalize the technical requirements (system, data, interfaces, performance, optimization, etc.);
• Ensure, in collaboration with the leadership of DSI, integrated solutions consistent with the rest of the IS;
• Coordinate the activities of various stakeholders (internal resources and providers)
Qualifications
• Similar experience confirmed;
• Autonomous, responsible and demonstrating commitment;
• Availability, negotiation skills, sense of priorities, organization and planning;
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely;
• Curiosity and desire to understand the environment;
• Excellent ability to work in teams;
• Knowledge of social insurance: an asset.
Skills and Competencies
• University degree in computer science or information system;
• Proven expertise in project management (multi-project mode);
• Ability to management, negotiation, communication and the error animation multidisciplinary teams;
• Master in application of key project management process repositories (Prince 2®, PMP®);
• Common practice of modeling and understanding of the needs (BABOK®, BPMN);
• Strong understanding of ITIL.
