We are looking for Professional with hands on Project Manager skills, who is able to bridge the business and IS and execute IS-related tasks and activities in independent manner.Project Location Base: - Krakow, Poland
Project allocation: - Dec 2016 – July % (focus on project delivery)
- Aug 2017 – Dec % (focus on transition to operation)
Domain/Division Knowledge: - Knowledge in domain of financial systems is an advantage.
- Examples of financial systems: financial reporting systems, controlling systems, ERP finance module (e.g. SAP FI).
IS Technology Experience: - Good understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) stack of technologies (data extraction, data transformations, big/warehouse data storage, data analysis, analytical engines, multi-dimensional data system, front-end BI tools) is of a big advantage.
- Experience with one of the leading vendor (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP) technologies in BI area.
- Basic understanding of core SAP ERP modules (FI, SD) is nice to have.
Business Process Experience: - Experience in Indirect Tax area (e.g. VAT), Tax processes in general is a big advantage.
- High-level understanding of legal requirements in regards to taxes (e.g. VAT declarations and filing, general tax compliance).
Other experience: - Experience of working in big corporates is a big advantage.
- Understanding local country view versus global needs of a multinational enterprise.
- Experience in phased roll outs of a solution to multiple countries.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders from different functions (IS, Business functions like Finance, Tax) in a cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing mix of remote and on-site software providers, integrating deliveries into consistent and sustainable solutions.
Certificates required: - Prince2 or PMP nice-to-have but not required.

Travel Flexibility 0-100%: - 10-20 % (business trips to Zürich each 5-6 weeks, negotiable); Expected presence at project base: Is required on site all the time
