Key Responsibilities:• Proven experience in project management within the IT product and services domain.
• Manage and lead a team of developers and professionals, ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
• Implement and oversee SHI (Sozial versicherung Health Insurance) processes in alignment with assessment guidelines and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with MD Niedersachsen/MD Bremen to understand project requirements, set objectives, and ensure project alignment with company goals.
• Maintain & ensure product development & enhancement SLAs & KPI, rules creation
• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency within the team, driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
• Required to handle team working on, hence familiarity with- XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations), German Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG), Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform).
