Summary of key activities:
. Support, trigger, prepare or - whenever applicable - provide necessary integration pre-activities concerning Site acquisition tasks
. Managing of planning requests and approvals
. Managing of clearance and approval with site owner
. Cooperation and reporting to and with customers real estate departments
. Cooperation with external Site Acquisition companies
. Data fill in several internal and customer based data bases
. Documentation and customer tool status update (NetSite, Digis, IPM)
. Regular alignment with all responsible project stakeholders
. Exchange of status of current activities and agreement about next steps and priorities.
Previous Experience:
. More than 5 years' experience in the site acquisition environment in mobile market
. Experience in Telecom operators RAN integration area
. Strong experience in acquisition work for mobile provider
. Experience working with 2G, 3G and LTE RAN: 2G BTS, 3G NodeB, LTE eNodeB
. Knowledge of mobile/Internet network infrastructure
. Knowledge of site design and site owner/customer relationship
. High level of computer working with MS Office, Internet applications, IPM, MS-project
. Excellent negotiation skills
. Good understanding of Project Management Guidelines and ability to implement them in the project
. Strong decision-making and management skills
. Fluent German speaking, English as well
. Radio Product knowledge
