Beschreibung
Task:- Accountable for all process related activities during Design, Plan and Implement phase
- Accountable for the detailed analysis of processes in different locations for specific process areas / functions especially for HR
- Ensures completeness of analysis and consistency cross location based on a broad understanding of the respective process area
- Acts as first point of contact for local management and team members regarding all questions related to processes
- Guides local teams and actively drives change throughout the entire FFF location project (from the analysis to the stabilization)
- Responsible to identify process change impact based on defined approach
- Responsible to assure that the new colleagues out of Hub/Spoke are trained in all process related aspects
- Responsible to plan and execute the transfer of processes to the hub/spoke teams and to stabilize the new set up and hand over to line organization
- Responsible for planning of meetings, alignment with the project team for the specific location, the program team and other relevant stakeholders and responsible for the entire process related documentation
- Provides regular input to implementation manager regarding risks, issues, progress, etc.
Requirements (Must have):
- 5+ years’ experience in a role in the respective function
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage time and stick to deadlines
- Project management and implementation experience in a global organization
- HR knowledge and experience in Transition of HR processes is a must
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in process mapping is a plus (handling of tools and templates)
- Experience in change management is a plus
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Globally/regionally mobile (up to 60% business travel depending on project phase)
