Für einen unserer Direktkunden im Großraum Frankfurt suchen wir ab Juni 2014 Unterstützung im BereichProject Management Office IT (f/m)
Tasks/Responsibilities Area:
Administration tasks:
Provide supporting services to run projects (e.g. on-board new team members, access rights, etc. )
Provide centralized communication and organization hub for internal and external communication
Supporting activities for management (e.g. organizing and making appointments)
Project Office tasks:
Co-ordinate and support various project planning and controlling activities
Monitor, track and report the project progress
Creation of regular project status reports and issues lists
Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing activities
Qualifications/Required Skills:
Experience with project office tasks and dealing with administrative tasks
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Projects
Know-how related to project management and tracking methodologies
Additional Domain & Business Skills:
Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
Problem-solving skills, willingness for hands-on work across different projects
Good presentation, writing and communication skills in English and German
Know-how related to IT Planning and IT Service Management
Additional Information:
Location: Greater Frankfurt
Starting date: Mid June 2014, until end of 2014, Option to be extended in 2015
