Project Leader
Task
Implementation of internal and external project objectives
Responsible for the management and coordination of projects in the product development process.
Single point of contact for all key project topics internal and external/managerial responsibilities within the project team
Support as required and involvement with the distribution
Responsible coordination and management of assigned projects
Main responsibilities are:
- Coordination of project team communication
- Organization of the project work, moderating meetings, motivation of team members, clarification of technical and personal conflicts, in cooperation with line managers
- Delegation of individual work packages within the project team including coordination with line management
- Coordination of multi-site project work (Resident Engineer, Project leader, etc. using Telephone conferences, meetings)
- Coordination of all key project milestones with initiation of appropriate countermeasures at budget variance
- Project reporting to management
- Cost Controlling of the project (monitoring of expenditure acc. Budget, coordinating change management, updating the calculations, support in cost negotiations and revenue management)
- Implementation of risk management, monitoring of standard processes etc..
- Coordination of activities with the project team and the production site for the transfer of resources/learning processes/optimisation of systems and tools
Your profile
Studies Dipl.-Ing. Computer science, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
SAP would be an asset
Several years of experience in the automotive electronics
Self confidence
Communication in English and German
Management experience
