My client a leading Telecommunications company is looking for a Project Director to work across large projects.
You will need to have 10+ years working in a telecoms service provider and be Fluent in German and English.
You will supporter for Winning the contract and be responsible for the whole process operation management of the project team, support the project to win a contract and be responsible for the Financial Result(F): the revenue, cost, profit for the project.
As the Project Director you will be the Leader for resource coordination to formulate and ensure effective implementation of the project delivery strategy and solution and be responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfactio, while having regular communication with customer CXO/SVP/VP level, establish governance model and communication channel, manage customer relationship and expectation, involve big change decision making through Steering Committee and push customer to cooperate for solve the difficult.
As the Project Director you will be Responsible for the High delivery Quality and identify and manage the major issues and risks, instruct the PM to implement the project management and do performance appraisal for the members of the projectmn and build through personnel obtain and empowerment, make team members with qualified knowledge and skill. In the practice of project, output project implementation method theory, the experience and lessons as an organizational asset.
You will need 10-15 years in a telecoms service provider and 10 years solid project director experience and have led large scale delivery teams up to 50 across different locations.
If you are Fluent in German, this would be very advantageous.
BSS technology and successful transformation would be very advantageous.
