Project Coordinator / PMO - IT Infrastructure / IP / VoIP - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector. This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced PMOwith a good technical understanding to define and deliver the implementation of products within the IT Infrastructure department.Your tasks:
- Initiating, planning and implementing of network, telephony and other projects
- Working with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered in time and to the expected quality standards
- Maintaining telephony and network documentation
- Coordination with various vendors
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years proven IP Networking and IPT / VoIP experience in project coordination roles
- Must have an understanding of IT Infrastructure / Telecom networks
- Proven experience in outsourcing environments
- Solid knowledge of ITIL methodology and Microsoft suite products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience defining and structuring business cases
- with technical documentation specification, review and updates in English
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
