PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR/Project Assistant - Stuttgart - Germany

We are looking for a Project Administrator - (contract position - Germany) on behalf of a leading Telecommunication Vendor.

The perfect candidate will be responsible for:

  • Consultation, coordination and interface between contractor and client departments (civil works, site acquisition, radio network planning, planning offices; also ggfs general contractor, authorized service partners, authorities, other network operators and broadcasters
  • Requirement and maintenance of inventory records, as well as coordination and ensure the provision of these documents of both the contractor, planning offices, the appointed contractor, authorities and broadcasters.
  • Support of the regional project teams when commissioning the creation of missing documents
  • Federal Network Agency preparing the application and follow up with clients
  • Interface to the vote from fellow users sites
  • Data maintenance and support of data exchange with existing client tools such as eg Pplus SAPERION OpenLap, SH
  • Status verification, monitoring and comparison of planned and actual data
  • Support the project manager in the preparation of reports and the Statusreportings
  • Review of performance and consumption evidence of involved contractors and preparation of the subsequent payment runs
  • Support for the timely creation and passing the site documentation to the customer
  • Working with the customer interface; Care of the regular customer contact, and to offer additional fast and flexible services to generate in this way new and additional business

Skills:

  • Technical/commercial training or comparable qualification
  • first experiences in the field of service coordination is desirable
  • Good understanding and experience of the context of the regional customer structure
  • Proficient using databases for the targeted deadline tracking
  • Structured way of working, business thinking, as well as cost-consciousness
  • Basic knowledge in the field of quality management desirable
  • Experiences in the subcontractor management, coordinating internal resources and in dealing with clients in the telecommunications industry and their business situation as operators are desirable
  • Good communication skills, teamwork
  • Secure knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
  • Safe handling with modern data processing (eg databases, SAP, MS Office)

German is prefferable but not essential.
