Mission overviewSupport the project development
Mission Details:
• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional Simultaneous Development Team from quote to launch
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, customer and suppliers to achieve cost, time, product and quality goals
• Track projects closely and work with other managers to resolve identified risks and issues
• Setup and tracking of program budget (invest, R&D budget, piece price, costed BOM,…) to achieve financial targets
• Setup, update and control project timeline in order to achieve internal and external milestones, deliverables, deadlines and plant start-up
• Full responsible for finance and launch execution results
• Conduct Program Reviews and Phase Exit / Stage and Gate reviews on a regular basis, ensure participation of relevant stakeholders, report summary program stats on monthly basis and ensure program documentation in specific tools
Qualification Profile:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 year work experience, min. 2 years in automotive industry (German OEM preferred)
• Experience in project management incl. budget responsibility (PMP® qualification would be an advantage)
• Deep knowledge of automotive Development- and Production processes
• SW background is an advantage
• Customer focus, communication, team player, self-motivation, proactive and ability to lead a team are desirable soft skills
• Structure and discipline • Fluent in English and German
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
