Production Supervisor – Assembly Line (Automotive)
Location: Rietheim-Weilheim | Full-time | 3-shift operation
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a 30-person assembly line producing BMW parts.
Your role:
Lead and support a 30-person assembly team
Set up the line during ramp-up and carry out minor repairs
Identify improvement potential and make personnel decisions
Record key figures and produce small reports
What you bring:
Technical/mechanical training (skilled worker level or above)
Background in automotive processes
Mechatronics experience (electronic parts with plastic components)
Experience in team leadership (e.g. foreman / shift supervisor)
Native German and English B2
Willingness to work 3 shifts and Saturdays as required
What we offer:
Immediate start
Contract until 30.09.2027 with option to extend
Full-time position in a dynamic ramp-up project
