Role: Product Portfolio Manager - Logistics Area (SAP WM, SAP LE)
Location – Ulm, Germany ; 2 days onsite/3 days home office
Language: German and English

Preferred Skills:- SAP WM, SAP LE modules. - Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.- Experience with logistics software and technologies. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Product Portfolio Manager to lead our Logistics Area SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP LE (Logistics Execution). As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for representing the Product Portfolio Manager, facilitating communication, and driving the development of logistics-related features. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of product goals with business objectives and will contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Ownership:
- Act as a proxy for the Product Owner, championing the product vision, strategy, and priorities within the Logistics Area.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and communicate logistics-related goals and objectives.

2. Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a Logistics Area, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Work closely with area members, including developers, analysts, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of logistics features and enhancements.

3. Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to logistics processes and systems.
- Translate logistics needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including logistics teams, supply chain management, and operations, to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing logistics features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input for continuous improvement.

5. Roadmap Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with logistics and business goals.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize logistics features, enhancements, and improvements based on business value and impact.

6. Logistics Expertise:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and related technologies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in logistics and transportation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain domain. Experience 12+ years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistics requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills:
- SAP WM, SAP LE modules.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience with logistics software and technologies.
