Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with expertise in SAP Sales Cloud, SAP SD, CS, and SAP BW. Experience 12+ years.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, integration strategies, and data analytics within the SAP ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Sales cloud, SAP SD, CS, and SAP BW certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce, sales, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SAP integration best practices and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership:
- Represent the Product Owner in guiding the Sales Area, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define and communicate priorities, features, and objectives within the SAP ecosystem.
2. Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing Sales Area, comprised of developers, designers, and QA professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, driving the successful delivery of features and improvements.
3. Requirement Analysis:
- Analyse and gather business requirements related to sales, utilizing, SAP Sales cloud, SAP SD, CS, and SAP BW.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and customer support, to understand their needs and gather feedback on existing features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input for continuous improvement.
