Product Owner- MyFactory ERP
Our ERP system, Myfactory, is the heart of our operations. It connects all areas of our company and forms the central basis for our daily work, from internal processes to the management of our digital touchpoints, such as our website.
As a growing company, the demands on efficiency, scalability, and transparency are increasing. Processes are becoming more diverse, interrelationships more complex, and cross-functional requirements are growing. At the same time, we are systematically developing our working methods and increasingly aligning ourselves with agile principles to create sustainable structures for modern collaboration and further growth.
The strategic development of our ERP environment plays a central role in this. Together with an external development partner, we continuously improve existing processes and systems. Crucial to this is clear, professional management within the company: requirements must be systematically gathered, prioritized according to business value, and translated into sustainable product decisions.
For this key role, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner (m/f/d) who will take over the technical management of our ERP system, translate requirements into clear product decisions and actively shape the further development of our system.
Your tasks
- You will develop a clear product vision for our ERP system and ensure that it is understood and supported within the company.
- You analyze requirements from different departments, structure them, and prioritize them according to business value.
- You are responsible for the further development of the product backlog and always keep an eye on priorities, dependencies and progress.
- Together with internal stakeholders, you will develop a transparent and realistic roadmap for the further development of our ERP environment.
- You create transparency regarding ongoing developments and promote clear communication between departments, management, and external development partners.
- You accompany releases from planning to go-live and ensure the quality of implementation through structured tests and acceptance procedures.
- You gather feedback from the specialist departments, identify potential for optimization, and continuously develop the product further.
- You take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of "your" product and drive topics forward independently.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in an agile environment.
- You have experience with ERP systems (ideally MyFactory) or eCommerce/digital platforms.
- You have experience in actively shaping structures and processes in growth-oriented companies.
- You hold a Product Owner certification (e.g., PSPO Scrum.org, SAFe POPM or similar)
- You are proficient in using Jira and Confluence
- You work analytically and in a structured manner, and you maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- You understand how to bring different stakeholders together and develop joint solutions.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility, making decisions, and driving topics forward sustainably.
