• Maintains and owns the PTS(Europe) product roadmap. Keeps stakeholders updated about the roadmap.• Identifies/gathers/structures and prioritizes requirements driven by strategic goals, customers, regulators, markets.
• Conceptualize the product design and features, provide sign-off
• Provides decision documents on new features to the product manager
• Serves as product expert and provides product information (e.g. sales, marketing)
• Provides guidance to product engineering and implementation teams and stays updated about the implementation status .
• Coordinates tasks among payment SMEs, product analysts and lead solution architect and reviews deliverables in order to meet above responsibilities
• Participates in informational events provided by the financial industry. Stays up-to-date on industry trends.
• Evangelise the product and participates in discussions with senior customer stakeholders
• Overview of drivers, market tendencies and competitors
• Hands on knowledge and experience in core payments processing domain, for retail and corporate banking customers
• Hands on knowledge in Europe/US payments schemes (SEPA) and international payments (SWIFT)
• Hands on expertise in at least one leading payments processing product such as Fundtech GPP, FIS Clear2Pay, Dovetail etc. is highly desirable
• Requirements structuring and prioritization
• Assist in defining the business problem and the business solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies
• Exposure to agile ways of working
• A good understanding of service oriented architecture, including concepts around API, Micro-Services etc. is highly desirable
• Excellent good oral and written communication skills
