Main tasks:
- You are an active member of the Tool Support Team (Project Portfolio Management software solution)
- Maintenance of planning, reporting, resource and time management tools
- 1st level support for all end users (Project Leaders / Managers, Resource Manager, Senior Management)
- Administration of the Divisional Project, Resource and Portfolio Management Tool and Time Recording Tool
- Manage Resource Structure and maintain Resource Pool
Main qualifications
- Experience as Project Manager and/or member of a Project Management Support Organisation
- Excellent understanding of financing and controlling processes in a global framework
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related area
- Project Management education/certification preferable
- Advanced level in all MS applications and experience with Planisware preferable
- Experience with requirements management and software testing
- Advanced English skills
