PMO / Projektkoordination für IT- und KI-Initiativen

Tätigkeiten:
* Pflege von Projektstrukturen, Aufgaben, Dokumentationen und Statusberichten in ServiceNow, Jira und Confluence
* Nachverfolgung offener Aufgaben, Maßnahmen, Fristen und Abhängigkeiten innerhalb der IT-Teams
* Überwachung des Projektaufwands sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Zeiterfassung
* Koordination von Compliance-, Datenschutz-, Security- und KI-Governance-Prüfungen
* Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern aus KI, Data, Architektur, Security, Compliance, Legal und Einkauf
* Vorbereitung von Meetings inklusive Agenden sowie Pflege von Protokollen und Maßnahmenlisten
* Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum/Agile im Projektumfeld

English:
* Maintain project setup, tasks, documentation and status in Service Now, Jira and Confluence
* Proactively follow up on open tasks, actions, deadlines and dependencies across internal IT teams
* Track project effort and proper time bookings
* Coordinate and follow up on required Compliance, GDPR, Security and AI governance checks
* Coordinate stakeholders from AI, Data, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and business teams
* Prepare meetings, agendas and supporting material and maintain minutes, decisions and action lists
* Support Scrum / Agile delivery routines
* Support administrative activities and project governance, where required

* Location: 95% remote / occasional on-site work in the greater Würzburg area

Anforderungen:
* Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination bzw. im PMO-Umfeld innerhalb der IT
* Praktische Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence sowie agilen Methoden (Scrum/Agile)
* Kenntnisse zu DSGVO-Anforderungen sowie Compliance- und IT-Security-Governance-Prozessen
* Verständnis für technische Aspekte im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz wünschenswert
* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen nach Kitzingen

* EU AI Act / AI governance experience
* English

English:
* Strong project coordination / PMO background in an IT environment
* Very structured, reliable and proactive in following up and closing open topics
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile / Scrum
* Experience working with distributed and international teams
* Good understanding of GDPR, Compliance and IT/Security governance processes
* EU AI Act / AI governance experience is a plus, but not mandatory
* AI technical expertise is beneficial but not required
