For our client we are looking for a PMO (m/f) Data Center
Aufgaben:
Request Administrator within GSI/IAA for all kind of infrastructure demands in the region EMEA with involvement of Request Management. Your main responsibility will be:
• SPOC to the customer (BRM, Business, etc.) for infrastructure demands
• Quality Check of demands (all necessary information are available)
• Assign demand to respective Service Architect within GSI/IAA
• Responsible for supporting the change workflow within Change Management. system gAHD
• Monitoring of change progress and triggering of internal teams
• Collaboration with regional Request Management Teams in EMEA, SA and APAC
• Escalation handling
• Support of process improvements
• Maintenance of questionnaires
• Support of Reporting activities
• Supplier orchestration
Skills:
- Basic infrastructure knowledge in Data Center environments.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Experiencend in managing workflows.
- Experiencend in MS Office Tools (Visio, Sharepoint, Access, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes)
- ITIL Knowledge
- Experienced in the provisioning of reports and monitoring of KPIs.
- Able to work under pressure
- good German and English knowledge
