Tasks:
- Responsible for Project Management Office
- Planning and moderation of workshops
- Maintaining project related data.
- Preparation of meetings and meeting content
- Maintaining knowledge data base and sharing knowledge with relevant stakeholders
- Stakeholder management
- Risk management
- Project and milestone planning
- Responsible for communication on behalf of the program manager
- Creation of project communication strategy
- Data gathering, research of relevant project issues, preparation and presentation of data
- Producing briefing papers, reports and project related presentations
- Strong communication skills
- Self-sufficient working attitude
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business management or Business Administration
- At least 2 Years PMO/junior Projectmanagement experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Organizational talent
- Pro-active and structured work attitude
- Experience in international project environment
- N2H: experience
