We are looking for a freelance PMO Consultant to support an Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation program.
The role will support governance, coordination, KPI tracking, and reporting across cross-functional teams in a Coupa and SAP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and operate PMO governance framework, including reporting and decision making structures
- Maintain integrated project roadmap, milestones and dependencies across workstreams
- Define, monitor, report O2C KPIs and cross functional team coordination
- Manage project risks, issues and escalation processes
- Support change management activities and stakeholder alignment
- Prepare and deliver executive level reporting, dashboards and steering committee materials
- Maintain risk and issue logs with mitigation tracking
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in transformation programs and strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
- Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement/invoicing platforms is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience in KPI tracking, reporting and governance in complex programs
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills in English and German
