Your success is our goal.Task description• Support Project Management with focus on management and project content activities
• Ensure correctness and timeliness of project plan incl. monitoring milestones of other requirements
• Identify project risksand monitor respective activities to mitigate project risks
• Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
• Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
• Business analysis and group-wide coordination as required
• Prepare and update stakeholder analysis
• Coordinate required activities with finance and administrative PMO
• Ensure quality of PMO standards and procedures in the projectQualifications
• Experience with project office tasks and ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of at least one PM methodology required e.g. PMI and Prince
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (advanced skills in PowerPoint required)
• Experience with MS-Project desired
• Experience with budget management of projects
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/ flexibility
• Team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (German language skills would be an advantage)Apply
