The portal of the customer is constantly being developed further, including new features like self service functions within MS Dynamics. MS Dynamics is used for documenting customer interactions and customer requests.
Aufgabe:
° do 3rd level support for the MS Dynamics application for the German Sales business
° monitor and enhance self service features in the portal using MS Dynamics
° monitor and manage MS Dynamics with MS Sharepoint
° Support customer view for the business support team
° Document tickets
° enhance dashboards
° further develop reporting functionalities
