Your responsibilities• Responsible for maintaining inventory documentation, HLDs, LLDs, Blueprints.
• They accompany the software development processes with proper documentation to ensure that all detailed designs and templates comply with network standards.
Your qualifications
• Completed university degree
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with one or more alarm management systems monitoring various networks, such as IBM Netcool, Impact, Comarch – NGSA, CA Spectrum, eHealth
• Experience in creating various correlation logic and ticketing logic and recommending it to the customer to use the system effectively.
• Experience in mapping and configuring various protocols (SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST, etc.) for integrating network elements into the systems.
• Experience in configuring various protocols like SOAP, REST etc. for integrating the systems with external systems.
• Experience with complex rule changes, policy changes, automation of processes in the system.
• Experience in Cluster/HA configuration, deployment on virtual infrastructure
• Expertise in fixed and mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and databases
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
