For our customer in Münich we are looking for a Personal Assistant (m/w) - Operation Team.The activities:
- to manage the calendar, agenda and the information that is necessary for each step of the day
- to organize and prioritize email and telephone communication to assure timely correspondence
- to prepare and revise Presentations and Documents
- to manage the agenda of the team activities and support the team with time booking and logistics
Skills:
- Logistical and organizational competence
- Cordial communication skills
- Excellent English is required, German is desired
- Able to multi-task and apply priorities
