Task:Currently we are looking for a new member of our team of experts in order to accept an assignment as IT Quality Assurance Specialist / Business Analyst (f/m) in Frankfurt/Main including the following area of responsibility:
Development related tasks (approx. 20 % of the time)
- Develop and enhance methodologies and practices for IT Incident Management
- Compile requirements, analyse and evaluate proposals, conduct negotiations and implement specifications in cooperation with colleagues and users
Analysis, quality assurance and administrative tasks (approx. 80 % of the time):
- Implement and perform the generation of status reports, metrics and benchmarks for various stakeholders and purposes
- Operate Service Management processes, e.g. activities related to Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Asset Management, as well as service continual improvement
- Ensure operational and process related data to be structured and organised in an intuitive way
- Support organising and monitoring the quality of incident management processes
- Support preparation of deliverables regarding process requirements by providing analysis and (ad-hoc) reports
Requirements (Must have):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of quality assurance
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Proven working experience in providing analytical support for ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management, in particular in:
o analysing and structuring raw data
o preparing templates for reports and ad-hoc views on structured data
o maintaining effective interfaces with operational service management processes
o organising and implementing quality assurance aspects
- Very good analytical, data processing and problem solving skills
- Very good end-user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including in particular with MS Excel and MS Access.
- A good command of English with proven drafting ability
Nice to have:
- ITIL Practitioner Certification
- Experience in developing and improving KPIs
- Good communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts
- Good knowledge of IT applications, IT operations, service management and IT support
