JD:
- Experience in developing End-to-End Performance Test Strategy after understanding the Application and Technology landscape.
- Detailed Performance Test Planning and tracking.Analysis of Production logs and server statistics for deriving the best performance model.
- Experience in performing Load Testing, failover testing stress testing by using non standard tools, open source or by writing small piece of code to create load.
- Should be able to suggest tools and deploy tool to perform load testing.
- Should be able to create performance Test strategy and create Performance Test Reports and Performance tuning recommendations.
- Should be able to coordinate with Vendors, Infrastructure teams for server monitoring, Business steam to close on Performance requirements, with Project Manager, Business Analyst, development team onPerformance test scenario design, troubleshooting, analysis and tool development like embedding counter etc required to embed in code.
- Should be having experience of load Testing using net.tcp, HTP, HTTPS, protocols, Performance testing of excel based tools, Oracle database and customized databases like Market Information machines.
- Experience in tools like JMeter, Neoload, SilkPerformer, can be added advantage.Monitoring at all tiers of application Web,Application and Database tier minimum.
- Diagnosing monitor at 4 levels viz Infrastructure, OS platform, Server platform and Application.
- Application Profiling expertise either on JVM (or) CLR including stack trace, memory management, CPU cycles, thread of execution.
- Preparing detailed performance test report with level-1, level-2 and level-3 observations (on transaction counters, server hardware performance counters, Mid tier and database performance statistics).
- Good Communication Skills and Good client interfacing skills.
- Experience of Energy Trading domain will be a plus.
