2 year project
Frankfurt - hybrid 50/50 onsite remote
English speaking, German a plus

Payment Strategy Consultant with payment or market infrastructure experience

• Produce top-tier results in accordance with the Rulebook Development Group's requirements
• Partner closely with the Chair of the Rulebook Development Group to ensure timely completion
• Prepare comprehensive discussions, including necessary materials, and provide administrative support
• Generate high-level, principle-based discussions for intricate topics
• Collaborate with the Chair to finalize rulebook content and its corresponding chapters
• Recognize the potential need for content adjustments during the development process
• Initiate the delivery process through kick-off meetings, aligning expectations within the Rulebook Development Group
• Fine-tune project scope when necessary, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon workloads
• Collaborate effectively within a team of consultants, specifying an optimal team composition
• Work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the Rulebook Development Team
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress in rulebook development
• Present high-level drafts for approval by the Chair before detailed work package development
• Ensure all deliveries receive approval from the Chair of the Rulebook Development Group.

Experience needed
Practical expertise in the retail payments and/or market infrastructure sector
Proficiency in conceptualizing and crafting governance frameworks for payment systems, developing technical payment processing rulebooks, and formulating marketing and branding guidelines for payment products, including those addressing Fraud detection systems
Experience in technical front-end integration within the e-commerce or POS domain, including familiarity with relevant technical standardization documentation
Demonstrated skill in precise drafting, emphasizing the creation of detailed notes and reports.
