We are searching for a senior PAM professional who can combine structured onboarding governance, broad technical understanding across enterprise and infrastructure environments, and strong CyberArk knowledge to define feasible onboarding solutions and lead stakeholders to secure, complete, and auditable outcomes. It is explicitly not a hands-on development role.
Requirements
- Experience: Senior-level experience in PAM business analysis, solution architecture, or enterprise onboarding initiatives.
- CyberArk Expertise: Strong knowledge of CyberArk onboarding, platform capabilities, limitations, technical requirements, and integrations.
- Business Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze requirements, identify dependencies, and translate business needs into feasible technical solutions.
- Solution Design: Experience designing secure privileged access models, CyberArk safes, roles, and permissions following least privilege principles.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including databases, networks, backup systems, storage, client systems, and integration use cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead technical workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align business and technical stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Experience managing onboarding activities from initiation through implementation, signoff, and evidence collection.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, documentation, and English communication skills.
- Ideal Profile: A senior PAM Business Analyst / Solution Architect with strong CyberArk expertise, broad enterprise infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to independently drive secure onboarding initiatives from requirements through completion.
