For a customer from the automotive industry, we are looking for support through one:PAINTING PROCESS EXPERT (M/F/D)
The field of activity include:
Utilize expertise in automotive painting technology to analyze and improve
painting processes.
Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for enhancement within the
painting line process.
Support an expert project team on-site with suppliers to improve processes
and reduce scrap.
Provide recommendations for optimizing painting processes to enhance
efficiency and sustainability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of process
improvements.
You have the following knowledge and experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a painting process expert in the
automotive industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical
and paint applications or equivalent chemical education.
In-depth knowledge of painting technologies and processes within
automotive manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and identify process
improvement opportunities.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external
suppliers.
Excellent communication skills to convey recommendations and findings
clearly.
Language Skills:
English – fluent (spoken and written)
