Organizational Change Manager
General role Description
People related change management expertise for a Full time assignment on a project in the area of ERP based on SAP.
The client has moved to a standard ERP Template. This solution will now be implemented in the sites in Germany. The Change Manager will be part of the ERP change management team and lead the change management activities at one of the sites.
Specific Tasks/Deliverables:
In alignment with the ERP change management strategy, the change manager has ownership and responsibility for mainly the following:
Change Management:
- Stream Change Management Plan
- Detailed Change Impact Assessment
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management Delivery Reporting
- Key User Enablement
- Change Network Enablement
- Change Network Management
- Learning Journey Management (only for Change Network)
- User to Role Mapping
- Business Readiness and Assessments
- Local Communication Activities
- Reinforcement Change activities
Experiences & Detailed Requirements
- Minimum of five years' organizational change management work experience on IT projects focused on standardization and integration
- A self-motivated key contributor to a high-performing change management team comprised of diverse skill levels, experience, and backgrounds
- Extensive experience with planning and developing communications across a large organization comprising diverse employee groups and industrial environments. This includes navigating a broad stakeholder group from executives to project management and business users
- Proven experience with scheduling, monitoring and tracking communication and change management project activities and milestones from a project management perspective
- Exceptional written communication skills;
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate and mentor both project and business team members so that the readiness milestones are delivered to plan
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Business level German and English
