Organisational Change Manager - Germany/Flexibility

6 months + extensions
Senior Organisational Change Manager required for a 2 year project and the focus is on financial processes being moved to a Share Service Centre and this is not technology related.
The ideal profile:
- You must have at least 8 years' experience in change management and be a very strategic.
- You must have experience with Change Management on Shared Service Centre projects
- English speaking, but other languages are advantage
- Must have worked on European or Global projects
The role:
- Responsible for Organizational Change Management and Communications within the project.
- Develop a change strategy and plan, on the basis of the stakeholder analysis, the organization change impact assessment, including risk & issues, change interventions
- Be heavily involved with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be flexible to travel when needed in Europe and maybe a possibility of some travel to the US
