Role: Oracle, PL/SQL developer
Location: - Frankfurt, Germany
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Job description:
- Over 5 years of Data warehousing experience using Informatica, implementation of ETL methodology, Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading and Business Intelligence, Analysis, Design Test Case Preparation, Development, Implementation of Client Server, Databases.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, from both functional and technical perspectives and strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience in Full life cycle development of Data Warehouse systems such as Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing & Technical Documentation.
- Experience SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in writing and executing scripts for validation and testing of the sessions, data integrity between source and target database and for report generation.
- Extensive experience in Designer, Repository Manager, Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor using Informatica ETL Tool.
- Experience in designing Fact & Dimension Tables, Physical & Logical data models.
- Experience in requirements gathering, from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data warehousing concepts, Data modelling, dimensional Star Schema and Snowflakes Schema methodologies, implementing Slowly Changing Dimensions etc.
- Scripting knowledge in UNIX.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in interacting with Clients and Business Users
