Positions and Qualifications Sought:Architect - SAP HCM & SAP Successfactors.
- Responsible for the further development of our hybrid HCM system landscape, with SuccessFactors Employee Central as the leading master data system, as well as existing HCM solutions.
- Design the conception for the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in the HCM applications area in an international environment.
- Take on a project management role for the planning and steering of projects in various project phases.
- Independently conceive the technical implementation and integration, partly implement these personally or with external service providers, and ensure the quality of the results.

- Contract Term: 12 months, potential for extension

- Worksite: Remote within Germany, with some travel required
- Compensation: Open for negotiation
- Language Proficiency: German and English are essential
